This location in Gainesville, FL. just proved to me that exceptional customer service still exist. Kevin G deserves recognition for his patience, knowledge and attentiveness displayed while assisting me with all of my fishing gear needs. He answered my questions with ease and even made a few recommendations. It is evident that Kevin loves his job. This interaction confirms why I will continue shopping with Bass Pro no matter if I am local (Miami) or out of town. Job well done.

I Didn't Want It To Come To This! I bought a brand-new Tracker boat from Bass Pro Shops because I trusted the company and believed they would stand behind what they sold. Instead, I've spent months trying to resolve serious issues through the proper channels. I contacted the dealership. I contacted corporate. I documented everything. I remained patient. Corporate has now referred me back to the local store, and the only meaningful offer I've received is approximately $20,000—even though I still owe considerably more on the boat and have already invested thousands of dollars in payments. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for fair treatment. Before making this announcement, I tried every reasonable avenue to resolve this privately. Today, I'm asking Bass Pro Shops and Tracker Marine to review my case one more time and offer a solution that is fair to both sides. If you've had a similar experience, I'd like to hear from you. Nice large selection, clean store with much to browse and catch any outdoorsy person's interest. It is, however, very large, significantly more expensive and employees are leaving the areas that may need some additional attention to be tended to, such as the fitti g room areas of both the men's and women's sections. I had a difficult time finding anyone to unlock the fitting room's doors so that I could try on my selection of clothing, when I looked about for someone to help me, they were uninterested, and seemed to be lacking in their enthusiasm to help a customer in need. I ended up getting frustrated I couldn't find a someone to assist me in the relative vicinity, as I have a broken tibia, and moving about too much is strenuous and time consuming, so I did unfortunately end up leaving the store without any help in that department. I did not purchase anything, even though that was not my intention whatsoever, I just felt as though it had been such a chore to find any help, that I should not have to beg to receive assistance, so I left empty handed. My daughter loves Bass Pro! Every visit is an adventure. Her favorite part is the fish tank—she gets completely mesmerized watching it. She also loves the stuffed animals—we can’t leave without getting one! A fun, clean place that’s perfect for a family outing.
